Organic tofu (filtered water, organic soybeans, natural coagulants [calcium chloride nigari and calcium sulphate]), organic wheat-free soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt), vinegar, evaporated cane sugar, onion powder, natural hickory smoke flavor, spices.

Fun Fact:
To make a natural hickory smoke flavor, hickory wood is heated to a temperature high enough so it begins to smoke, but doesn’t burn. Then the smoke is blown over cooling coils where it condenses into a liquid, which is filtered and bottled. The end product is a marinated tofu loaded with healthful antibacterial and antioxidant properties.
